Navigation and structure
Pages use descriptive headings, landmarks, labels, logical keyboard order, visible focus indicators, and a skip link. Interactive controls are intended to have accessible names and usable touch targets.
Visual presentation
The interface supports light, dark, and system appearance preferences. Text and status information are designed for readable contrast, and meaning is not communicated by colour alone.
Motion and media
Motion respects reduced-motion preferences. Images use alternative text where they carry meaning, while recorded audio includes playback controls so reporters can review or remove a recording before submission.
Forms and errors
Form fields use visible labels, nearby instructions, and specific error feedback. Multi-step reporting preserves context and provides review before final submission.
Report a barrier
If a page, control, document, or process is difficult to use, contact Resolve with the page address, the issue encountered, and the assistive technology or device involved. An alternative reporting route can be discussed without requiring sensitive details in the initial enquiry.
Questions or requests
Use the UGBS Resolve contact channel for privacy, access, correction, retention, or accessibility questions. Do not include sensitive case details in a general enquiry.
