Transparent by design

From speaking up to verified resolution.

UGBS Resolve gives every concern a controlled path: safe reporting, visible progress, accountable ownership and independent resolution review.

The process

A clear path from concern to action.

1

Report safely

Choose guest or account access, describe the concern, add optional evidence and select your privacy level.

2

Central review

Authorised review validates urgency and category while preserving your original category in the audit record.

3

Assignment & action

A resolver receives the case within authorised scope, with conflict checks and a tracked deadline.

4

Independent verification

Resolution evidence is reviewed by an authorised senior role before the case can be verified and closed.

Case lifecycle

Progress you can understand.

Status changes are recorded as the case moves through review, assignment, action and independent verification.

You choose your privacy

Anonymous, Confidential and Identified reporting are available. Confidential identity data is separated from the main case record.

Decisions leave a trail

Category corrections, assignments, status changes, messages and resolution decisions create auditable events.

No ordinary hard delete

Cases cannot simply disappear from the workflow. Closure follows verified resolution and exceptional deletion requires separate governance.
